ATX Clima LLC is a family-owned heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor based in Austin, TX, serving Austin and Central Texas. You can reach us by phone or text at (512) 840-8112, or by email at ever@atxclima.com.

When you submit the service request or contact form on this site, we collect the information you type into it: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, city, property address, the type of system, the service you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message field.

If you call, text or send an email, we receive whatever you choose to include in that communication, along with your phone number or email address.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers through this website.

This site is hosted on a commercial hosting platform, which keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — for security and reliability purposes.

If analytics is enabled on this site, it is configured through Google Analytics and records aggregate usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and which links were clicked. This is used to understand which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are only set when analytics is enabled.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data to third parties.

To respond to your enquiry, schedule a service visit, and carry out any HVAC work you hire us for.

To keep records of the work we have performed at a property, including equipment details and service history.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We share it only where it is necessary to do the work or run the business: with suppliers and service providers acting on our behalf (for example the hosting platform, an email provider, an equipment distributor placing an order for your job, or a form-delivery service), and where the law requires disclosure.

Form submissions from this site may be delivered through a third-party webhook or email service so that they reach us reliably. That provider processes the submission on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for its own purposes.

The photographs on this site are our own — equipment we installed and serviced on real jobs in Central Texas.

We do not publish customer names, street addresses or anything else that would identify a property alongside them, and we will remove any image on request.

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they are useful for following up.

Records relating to work performed — estimates, invoices, equipment and service history and correspondence — are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary for warranty, insurance, tax and legal purposes.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ever@atxclima.com or calling (512) 840-8112. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking them will not stop this site working.

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
