What we do
Ten HVAC services, residential and commercial.
Cooling, heating, ductwork and air quality — for houses, small commercial buildings and everything in between. Family-owned, with 20 years of experience in the trade behind every visit.

One family business · residential + commercial
Central Texas is a cooling climate with a short, sharp heating season and a humidity problem the desert Southwest does not have. A system here runs hard from April to October, sits mostly idle in November, and then gets asked to hold a house at 68 degrees the week a hard freeze comes through. Equipment that would last two decades somewhere milder does not get that here.
So the work splits into two halves: keeping what you have running through the summer, and replacing it properly when it is finished. We do both, for homes and for light commercial buildings, and we will tell you plainly which one you are actually looking at.
The biggest decision
A new system is only as good as the install around it.
Load calculation, line set, duct static, drain, electrical, airflow at the register. The equipment is the part everybody shops. The install is the part that decides whether it works.

AC Repair
Most Central Texas AC failures show up on the hottest week of the year, and most of them are one of five things. We put gauges on the system and find out which, instead of guessing at the thermostat.

AC Installation & Replacement
The equipment is the part everybody shops. The install is the part that decides whether the house is comfortable. Load calculation first, ductwork second, box third.
Details
Heating & Furnace Repair
Central Texas heating runs a few hundred hours a year, which is exactly why it fails: equipment that sits idle for ten months and then gets asked for everything during a freeze.
Details
Heat Pumps
A heat pump is an air conditioner that can run backwards, and Central Texas winters are exactly the conditions it is good at. Installed, serviced and repaired.
Details
Ductless Mini-Splits
One outdoor unit, one or more wall heads, no ducts to lose air in. The right answer for the room that has never been comfortable and never will be on the main system.
Details
Preventive Maintenance
Most July breakdowns were visible in April. Maintenance is the cheapest thing on this website and the only service here with a flat published price for the work itself.
Details
Ductwork & Airflow
Undersized returns, crushed attic flex, disconnected boots and leaking plenums throw away capacity you already paid for. Ducts are measured, not guessed at.
Details
Thermostats & Controls
A thermostat that is wired wrong, staged wrong or sited wrong costs you comfort and money every day, and it is one of the cheapest things in the system to get right.
Details
Indoor Air Quality
In Central Texas the air quality conversation is specific: mountain cedar in winter, oak in spring, dust year-round, and humidity that makes a cold house feel clammy.
Details
Commercial HVAC
Offices, retail bays, restaurants, shops and small industrial buildings. Rooftop units get diagnosed on the roof, not from the lobby thermostat.

Equipment we work on
The brands we install and service.
If your system is one of these, we install it, replace it and repair it. If it is something else, call and ask — the list is what we work on most, not a limit.
- Lennox
- Trane
- Carrier
- Bryant
- Mitsubishi
- Daikin
We are not a dealer for any of these brands. This is simply the equipment we install and service.
Warranty
1-year labor warranty
Every unit has different warranty terms depending on the manufacturer. We typically offer a 1-year labor warranty on units and mini-split systems that we install. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer and unit.
Not sure which one you need
Start with what the system is doing.
Most people who call us do not know whether they need a repair, a part, or a whole new system — and they should not have to. Describe what is happening and we will tell you which of these it actually is.

Service call · $100
Tell us what the system is doing.
Call or text (512) 840-8112. A technician comes out for a flat $100, evaluates the system and identifies the issue. If you approve the repair, the $100 is credited toward it. If you decide against the repair, the $100 stands as the fee for the visit.
