The descriptions of services, equipment and methods on this site are general information about the kind of work we do. They are not a quotation, a contract, or a promise about a specific system.

Two prices are published on this site: the service call fee and the preventive maintenance fee. Both are current at the time of publication and may change; the price that applies to you is the one confirmed when your visit is booked. Installations, replacements and repairs are not priced on this site at all, because they depend entirely on the scope of the job.

Submitting the form on this site is a request for contact. It does not create a contract, does not reserve an appointment slot, and does not oblige either of us to proceed.

Any work we perform is governed by the written estimate or agreement for that job, together with any applicable Texas law and the rules of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Where those documents and this website disagree, those documents govern.

The material on this site about cooling loads, refrigerant, humidity, ductwork, air quality and equipment life is general education. It describes what is typical in Central Texas, not what is true of your system.

Do not rely on it as a substitute for having your system inspected. Systems are individually sized, individually installed, individually modified and individually neglected.

Do not open a furnace, air handler or outdoor unit to test something you read here. HVAC equipment carries line-voltage electricity, high-pressure refrigerant, and in gas systems a combustion appliance. Diagnostics belong to a licensed technician.

The photographs on this site are of our own work. They show what those particular jobs looked like, and are not a representation that any other installation will look identical. Manufacturer names and badges are visible only because that is the equipment on those jobs; nothing on this site is a claim of dealer status, partnership or manufacturer certification.

The text, layout, graphics and logo on this site are our property and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print and share pages of this site for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy the text or design for use on another website, in advertising, or in any commercial portfolio.

We keep this site accurate and current as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete, current or error-free, and we may change it at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption. Hosting, networks and third-party services fail from time to time.

Where this site links to a third-party service — a mapping provider, a messaging platform — that service has its own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, this website is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on general information published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under the written agreement for any work we perform for you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Travis County, Texas.
